Joe ‘Kingpin’ Grand delivered ‘Shot Through the Heart: An Introduction to Fault Injection’ - a technique to intentionally cause systems to misbehave in ways beneficial to attackers. Once employed only by the hardcore, it’s now accessible for any hardware hacker to add to their arsenal.
